Great article Ryan. You give some great info here. I am on my blogging journey now and the thing I really struggled with in the beginning was finding things to write about. I think number 4 on your list is really important. I personally would put it at number one because the topic is your blog. If you get that wrong from the start things get tough. My advice to new bloggers would be to think of something that you can really help people with. Today is the first day of someone doing something for the first time. Where do they go when they want answers? Google. Be the blog that helps them out.
